The User has the recognized right to withdraw from the purchase made through the Website https:\/\/tabaibacosmestica.com<\/a>, and may return the products, if not satisfied, within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from having received the goods.<\/p>

The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts relating to the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. (Art. 103 of Law 3\/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws). <\/p>

The refund will be made within 14 calendar days from the date on which the decision to withdraw from the contract has been effectively and unequivocally communicated.<\/p>

The refund amount will be the total amount paid by the user, including standard shipping costs but excluding expedited shipping surcharges and finance charges. The refund may be withheld until the goods have been received, or until the user has provided proof of their return.<\/p>

Shipping costs for the return of goods, as well as any customs fees, will be borne by the buyer.<\/p>

Returned goods must be in good condition, and may suffer a decrease in value if the user handles them in a way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, as well as if the goods are not returned in their original packaging.<\/p>
