The User has the recognized right to withdraw from the purchase made through the Website https://tabaibacosmestica.com, and may return the products, if not satisfied, within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from having received the goods.

The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts relating to the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. (Art. 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws).

The refund will be made within 14 calendar days from the date on which the decision to withdraw from the contract has been effectively and unequivocally communicated.
