The User has the recognized right to withdraw from the purchase made through the Website https://tabaibacosmestica.com, and may return the products, if not satisfied, within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from having received the goods.

The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts relating to the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. (Art. 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws).

The refund will be made within 14 calendar days from the date on which the decision to withdraw from the contract has been effectively and unequivocally communicated.

The refund amount will be the total amount paid by the user, including standard shipping costs but excluding expedited shipping surcharges and finance charges. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the user has expressly requested otherwise, and provided that the user does not incur any additional expenses as a result of the refund.

Exception for defective or incorrect products: If the product received has a manufacturing defect, is damaged during transport, or does not match the item ordered, Tabaiba Cosmética will cover all collection and reshipping costs. In these cases, the return or replacement will be at no cost (€0) to the buyer. Please notify us of the issue at info@tabaibacosmetica.com within 24/48 hours of receiving the package.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement sent by post or email. You may use this form, although its use is not obligatory.

If you fill out the form, you must send it to the postal or email address indicated on it. You can also request a return by emailing info@tabaibacosmetica.com or using any other method that allows us to provide proof of your decision, specifying the item(s) you wish to return. We will promptly acknowledge receipt of your return via email.
