Directions for use
Apply an appropriate amount to the clean, dry muscle area after physical exercise or whenever a cooling sensation is desired. Massage gently with upward movements until completely absorbed. Repeat as needed. Wash hands thoroughly after application. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
